Executive Board
Jessica Harp
President
The President is the chief executive officer of TSID and of the TSID Board, and shall preside at all official meetings of TSID, shall oversee all activities of the organization, shall serve as spokesperson for the organization, shall present an annual State of the Organization report to the membership.
Justin Franklin
Vice President
The Vice President is responsible to monitor organizational policies and procedures and is prepared to assume the duties of the President, in the absence of a President-Elect. The Vice President shall preside in the absence of the President or President-Elect, and shall serve as Co-Chair of the Motions and Resolutions Committee. The Vice President is also responsible for overseeing membership and voting credentials for the organization.

Secretary
The Secretary maintains the records of the organization, including records of motions and membership. The Secretary shall record and distribute minutes of all organizational meetings and shall serve as liaison to the Scholarship and Awards Committee.
Shannon Whitley
Treasurer
The Treasurer oversees the financial matters of the organization. The Treasurer shall prepare and submit financial reports, shall maintain records of all financial transactions following standard business and reporting practices, shall monitor financial aspects of all contracts, and shall serve as liaison to the Trust Fund Trustees and the Finance Committee
Kristina Rodriguez
Member At Large
The Member at Large (MAL) shall serve as the chair of the communications committee. They represent out of state members, and are the primary contact person for member sections and the general membership.

Region 1 Representative (Texas Panhandle)
Regional Representatives will present the issues and concerns of their region and will help govern TSID. The Regional Representatives are responsible to provide regional perspectives on issues before the board and to communicate information from the Board to the members of their regions. The Regional Representatives shall also host at least one (1) regional training during odd numbered years and serve on the Professional Development Committee.

Region 2 Representative (North Texas)
Regional Representatives will present the issues and concerns of their region and will help govern TSID. The Regional Representatives are responsible to provide regional perspectives on issues before the board and to communicate information from the Board to the members of their regions. The Regional Representatives shall also host at least one (1) regional training during odd numbered years and serve on the Professional Development Committee.

Region 5 Representative (Southeast Texas)

Region 6 Representative (South Texas)

Past President
The Past President maintains TSID’s historical perspective. The Past President shall have previously served as a TSID President. The Past President shall serve as Parliamentarian for the organization.
