An award granted to persons so elected at an Annual Conference of TSID in recognition of outstanding service to deaf people and TSID, who shall have all rights and privileges of Certified Members, but who shall not be required to pay dues.

Nomination for Lifetime Members of TSID must be presented to the TSID Board in writing with an explanation of why this person should be so recognized, at least two months before the Annual Conference.
